Derek Lee, who became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1992. Today, Zooly is the largest paper bag manufacturer in China.</p><p>Zooly has purchased some of its larger competitors in order to expand its geographical reach and enhance the company's full-line capabilities. Zooly has over 2,000 employees working at 10 manufacturing facilities across the country, with the corporate office located in Ningbo city.</p><p>Zooly is a full-service bag manufacturer comprised of two divisions. The Standard Products Division produces Wine Bags; Grocery Bags; Handle Bags; Merchandise Bags; and various Specialty Bags, including Lunch Bags, Pharmacy Bags, Liquor Bags, Food Service Bags, and many more. The Designer Division produces the broadest range of machine-made paper shopping bags in the industry. The variety of applications includes Retail, Resale, Restaurant/Food Service, and Garment Packaging.</p><p>Zooly also has in-house Art Departments in Ningbo.
